As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you play a key role in building and scaling our sales pipeline across the European market. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you contribute directly to our go-to-market success by driving outbound activities and qualifying leads in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
We are currently hiring two Sales Development Representatives (m/f/x) to support our growth at SuitePad, offering an exciting entry-level opportunity to start a career in SaaS sales and grow into more advanced sales roles.
What You´ll do:
Own top-of-funnel sales development efforts in the European hospitality market
Identify and research target accounts within hotels, resorts, and hospitality management groups
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for the Sales team
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead-gen and messaging
Manage and maintain CRM hygiene (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Work closely with the Sales team to test, refine and scale repeatable sales playbooks
Contribute to a high-performance, positive, and collaborative sales culture
