Responsibilities
This is a rare opportunity to join as a Founding Account Executive in the U.S., with the potential to shape go-to-market strategy, influence product development, and grow into a sales leadership role as we scale.
  • Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting and qualifying leads to closing new business.
  • Develop and execute a U.S. market entry strategy alongside the CEO who is relocating to Orlando to scale the U.S. market.  
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hospitality clients—understanding their needs and translating them into solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with hotel managers, GMs, owners, and operators.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to improve positioning, messaging, and roadmap.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and virtual demos.
  • Track and report sales metrics using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Help define and refine sales processes, collateral, and playbooks.
Your Profile
  • 1.5–7 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven experience selling into enterprise hotel chains and individual hotels throughout the U.S. 
  • A hunter mentality with strong outbound prospecting skills.
  • Ability to travel to Berlin annually and throughout the U.S. for industry conferences.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and wear multiple hats in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with sales tools (CRM, sequencing tools, etc.).
  • Passion for hospitality and helping operators deliver amazing guest experiences.
Bonus Points
  • Experience as a founding sales hire or early-stage SaaS team member.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, PMS systems, or hospitality tech stack.
